Agribeans is hiring a Production Manager We offer: * Competitive salary * Grocery vouchers * Attendance and punctuality bonus * Social Security * Statutory benefits * Medical services * Dining area * Positive work environment * Employee transportation from Puebla to the plant Responsibilities: * Define the daily production schedule * Communicate the production schedule to process supervisors * Inform production supervisors of raw material batches to be processed per product format * Inform production supervisors of the required production speed based on defects identified by customs * Review and approve internal material requisitions for use, aligned with the production schedule for raw materials * Validate raw material delivery from Customs to Production * Validate raw material defects to assign personnel to each process and meet production speed requirements * Ensure processes are executed according to established procedures and regulations to achieve business productivity targets * Determine daily production costs for each process * Analyze cost variances per process * Train personnel under supervision * Review performance indicators for personnel under supervision * Review and approve payroll incidents **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Process Engineering, or related degree * Reside near the plant or be willing to relocate * \+2 years of experience in roles related to this position * Organizational and problem-solving skills * Leadership and personnel management skills Location: San Martín Caltenco Highway Km. 1\.5, Cuapiaxtla de Madero Interested candidates should send their CV to recruitment@agribeans.com Employment type: Full-time, Seasonal Salary: $22,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
