




Job Summary: Supports the executive team with administrative reporting, financial forecasting, database management, and communication coordination. Key Highlights: 1. WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL **Position Type:** Full-time / Indefinite-term contract ***MUST-HAVE: VERIFIABLE ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS*** ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare, update, and analyze administrative reports (sales, budget, etc.). * Conduct financial or budgetary forecasts based on historical data. * Manage and update databases. * Create and maintain pivot tables, charts, and dashboards in Excel. * Calculate percentages, growth rates, and month-to-month or year-to-year comparisons. * Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and collections. * Coordinate communication with other departments (sales, accounting, logistics, etc.). * Organize documents, physical and digital files. * Schedule meetings, travel, or appointments; arrange logistics when business travel is required. * Perform any other administrative tasks supporting the executive team. ### **Requirements** * **Willingness to travel** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (degree must be completed) * Minimum of **1–2 years** of experience in a similar role with intensive Excel usage. * **Advanced Excel proficiency.** ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits.
