




Job Summary: Inventory Coordinator responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing critical inventory at manufacturing plants and distribution centers to reduce shrinkage and maximize storage capacity. Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making Inventory Coordinator responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing critical inventory at manufacturing plants and distribution centers, identifying risks such as low turnover, expirations, obsolescence, and slow-moving items, with the objective of reducing shrinkage and maximizing storage capacity. Main Responsibilities * Analyze critical inventory and detect risks related to low turnover or expiration * Coordinate action plans with Sales, Planning, Quality, and Procurement departments * Ensure inventory reliability (physical vs. system) * Monitor key inventory performance indicators * Control product status (blocks, releases, shrinkage) * Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making * Ensure compliance with FIFO / FEFO methodologies * Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory optimization Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain * Experience managing critical inventory * ERP or WMS experience (SAP preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of inventory metrics (turnover, Days on Hand, ABC analysis) * Willingness to work onsite at manufacturing plant We Offer * $24,000 gross monthly salary * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Professional development opportunities * Job stability. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 3 years of experience Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
