As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring proper distribution and product availability at assigned retail locations. Your ability to build trust-based relationships with customers will be essential to achieving sales targets and building a robust customer portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Conducting periodic visits to assigned retail locations to review and update product inventory. - Effectively negotiating with customers to ensure proper product display and increased market share. - Delivering excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering additional products aligned with their needs. To succeed in this position, the following skills and competencies are required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in beer sales and customer service. - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. - Results- and goal-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - High organizational and planning capabilities. - Valid motorcycle license and motorcycle operation capability are mandatory.
