**Full Job Description** **Job Location**: Tlaxcala-Puebla **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday work schedule * ***Monthly salary of $10,000 MXN plus statutory benefits.*** * ***Sales commissions (NO CAP).*** * ***Vehicle maintenance support: $1,300 MXN per month.*** * ***Fuel coverage on a weekly basis.*** **Requirements:** * **Valid driver’s license (mandatory)** * **Must own a personal vehicle for work purposes.** * Age 20–50 years. * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of microwave equipment, radios, and antennas. * Configuration of Ubiquiti radios; modem configuration. * Knowledge of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint links. * Cabling and structured cabling. * Tool handling. * Experience working at heights. * Committed and responsible. * Proactive: capable of identifying and resolving field issues; ability to improvise. **Responsibilities** * Responsibility for inventory of installation equipment and materials. * Weekly on-site activity reports. **Activities:** * Install, test, and maintain internet link equipment. * Perform installations on time and according to quality standards. * Notify start and completion of field activities. * Submit weekly activity reports. * Meet the daily assigned workload quota. * Use and responsibly care for provided materials.
