General Functions * Preparation of predefined cost reports for weekly submission to management. * Support the tax department * Assistance in COI information data entry * Payroll loading and stamping (NOI) * Support in tracking open cases with the legal firm * Ensure that financial and accounting information is recorded correctly * Monitoring and review of payroll * Monitoring and review of incidents * Review of records and balances in accounts payable portfolio * Review of records and balances in accounts receivable portfolio * Review calculation of provisional IVA ISR payment for the three companies in charge * Assist in reviewing correct calculation and payment of IMSS, Infonavit, and 3 percent of payroll * Assist in coordination with the foreign trade department to ensure delivery of import and export customs documents * Quotation of certain services for the company Job type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
