




Position Objective: Provide administrative and operational support in Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, labor regulations, and personnel documentation control. Main Responsibilities: * Support recruitment and selection (job posting, initial screening, interview coordination). * Compilation, control, and updating of employee records. * Preparation of reports: hires, terminations, incidents, probation periods. * Follow-up on performance evaluations, satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews. * Assist in drafting disciplinary warnings, employment certificates, and internal announcements. * Validation and follow-up of IMSS disability claims. * Control of administrative documents related to cafeteria, uniforms, and internal regulations. * Support in implementing internal policies and disciplinary procedures. * Data entry and organization of information in internal databases. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources (professional internships or social service accepted). * Proficiency in Office software (Excel and Word). * Basic knowledge of payroll processes, incident management, and IMSS transactions (desirable). * Ability to interact effectively with operational and administrative staff.
