We are a high-impact financial platform that combines technology, agility, and purpose to make finance more accessible, user-friendly, and trustworthy for everyone. **What will you do as a Sender Support Agent?** Ensure proper management and availability of senders on the Infobip platform, guaranteeing active lines for Marketing and Collections campaigns, and preventing channel blocks (e.g., WhatsApp and SMS) through sound operational practices. **Job Responsibilities:** **Sender Registration:** Timely and accurate registration of senders on the Infobip platform. **Compliance Monitoring:** Ensure sufficient sender capacity to execute Marketing and Collections campaigns within required timeframes. **SIM Card Management:** Receive, inventory, and safeguard SIM cards for campaign use. **Operational Tracking and Reporting:** Maintain up-to-date tracking of sender status, SIM cards, and process progress via internal tracking reports. **Technical Issue Detection and Escalation:** Promptly identify potential issues on the Infobip platform and escalate them to the relevant technical team for resolution. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; and one Saturday per month **Work Location:** Av.
