Some of the responsibilities include: * Design and validate new products or improvements with a focus on technological innovation. * Lead engineering and reengineering changes. * Coordinate concept testing, prototyping, and product validation. * Generate supporting documentation, manuals, and visual aids resulting from design changes. * Manage schedules, resources, and deliverables for innovation projects. * Document progress, risks, and mitigation plans. * Perform inventory of manufacturing materials and provide monthly reports. * Prepare purchase orders and update stock levels. * Provide technical support and maintenance to all technological areas (computing equipment, site, surveillance systems, etc.). * Distribute tools and consumables for installations and maintenance. * Design products from concept through to production. * Conduct technical analysis of materials, processes, and tolerances to validate designs. * Document technical specifications, risk management, bill of materials, and manuals. * Perform product validation tests and make adjustments based on results; participate in design reviews and change control. * Coordinate with general management and quality assurance on purchases to ensure product feasibility; drive continuous improvement in product development processes.
