




Job Summary: We are seeking Supervisors to oversee, operate, and plan first-level and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, systems, and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Problem analysis and process optimization We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. Job Objective: To supervise, operate, and plan first-level and corrective maintenance activities for equipment, systems, and facilities related to general services and infrastructure. Responsibilities: Prepare daily operation reports. Prepare necessary forms for operational execution. Supervise and review work orders assigned to subordinates. Conduct facility walkthroughs. Organize and verify implementation of the 5S methodology in operational areas. Implement applicable standards in the area, such as NOMs, NMXs, STPS regulations, etc. Evaluate the job performance of subordinates. Monitor ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 50001, and TISAX management systems to ensure objective compliance. Analyze problems and apply tools for their detection, including 8D, Turtle Diagrams, FMEA, etc. Propose process improvement ideas and optimizations. Operate according to established standards, integrating good operational practices with emphasis on Safety, Order & Cleanliness, and Quality. Requirements: -Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering degree. -2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of general building equipment and facilities. -Weekly shift rotation availability (mandatory). -Practical knowledge of electromechanical equipment (mandatory). -Knowledge of STPS regulations. -Intermediate proficiency in Office suite, SAP, and AutoCAD.
