Job Responsibilities * Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials per established procedures. * Verify quantity, part number, and quality of materials against purchase orders or shipping documents. * Record and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems or ERP software. * Store materials in designated locations, following safety and organization guidelines. * Prepare and issue materials for production according to requests and manufacturing schedules. * Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. * Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or stackers (if applicable and certified). * Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality issues. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Comply with company policies, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
