




**Administrative Assistant** **Job Mission:** Ensure the smooth operation of the office. **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Execute office administrative processes and activities. * Control and efficient use of company assets. * Handle office reception duties (phone calls, packages, supplier visits, visitors, building management, etc.). * Send and follow up on payments for office utility services, as well as rent. * Carry out the Maintenance Plan. * Purchase or order stationery, cleaning, and cafeteria supplies. * Prepare purchase orders and follow up until their closure. * Identify suppliers and negotiate terms according to company policies. * Organize events. * Attend to various requests from HR, IT, Procurement and Logistics, HSEQ, Communications, Finance, Administration, etc. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in all assigned activities, among others. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in construction, engineering, industrial companies or related markets. * Intermediate level of English (desirable). * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Must reside in the city of Puebla. * Availability to work on-site. **Competencies:** * Orientation to excellence * Customer orientation * Collaboration and teamwork * Commitment to the company * Innovation Salary based on experience Benefits according to law, plus Major and Minor Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Grocery Vouchers.
