Location: Hybrid (Puebla) Skills: * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in IT, processes, or industrial fields * Master's degree in IT or business areas * More than 10 years of verifiable experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager * Experience in projects integrating three or more Core systems * **English level C1** * PMP Certification (mandatory) * Desirable: ITIL and COBIT certifications; proficiency in SAP, SAP HANA * Technical knowledge in at least one solution: SAP, SAP HANA, TEMENOS Activities: * Manage Projects, Programs, and/or Portfolios under the PMI standard’s process groups and knowledge areas and the current internal methodology, including: integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risks, procurement, stakeholders, monitoring and control from initiation to closure. * Consolidate, interpret, and communicate to all stakeholders the scope, cost, time, and quality of assigned projects according to their plans, ensuring timely visibility of deviations and facilitating decision-making and escalations through influence and cross-functional leadership. * Manage scope holistically and aligned with organizational strategy, defining work plans and designing countermeasures to achieve objectives. * Define test plans, techniques, and strategies that ensure deliverable quality, seeking synergies across initiatives and executing according to established success criteria. * Ensure the technical solution implemented in the projects and programs under responsibility. * Plan, administer, and control budgets exceeding 50 million pesos, ensuring compliance with IT, Controlling, Accounting, and Procurement policies, as well as managing procurement and supplier payment processes. * Identify correlations between projects within and outside their responsibility, addressing synergies, impacts, dependencies, and constraints, and developing mitigation plans based on risk management. * Guide and advise stakeholders on the current methodology, promoting organizational change culture. * Implement, harmonize, and develop improvements in managed processes, fostering continuous improvement and adopting industry best practices and Project Management standards. * Ensure deliverables are produced in accordance with the current methodology and project phases, guaranteeing committed quality in collaboration with the team. * Perform estimates according to the current methodology, integrating activities, duration, costs, and resources into a schedule, managing the cost plan and its interactions with other areas and internal operating systems. * Obtain estimates supporting decision-making on initiatives that may evolve into high-value projects or programs for the organization.
