




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead the technical department, coordinate maintenance activities, manage the team, and optimize resources. Optimize resources and ensure facility efficiency We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Maintenance Manager** to lead our technical department. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our facilities, machinery, and equipment operate at maximum efficiency. Your primary objective will be to coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the technical team, and optimize resources to minimize downtime. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance personnel (technicians, electricians, mechanics, etc.). * **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs across the entire plant/building. * **Emergency Response:** Coordinate urgent corrective repairs to ensure operational continuity. * **Budget Management:** Control spare parts inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and manage the department’s budget. * **Safety and Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with safety and hygiene regulations (STPS, ISO, SEMARNAT, etc.) and civil protection standards. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and enhance energy performance. **Required Technical Knowledge** * **HVAC Systems:** Advanced experience in installation, diagnostics, and repair of **Air Conditioning Units** (mini-splits, HVAC, packaged units) and industrial or commercial **Refrigeration Systems**. * **Commercial/Industrial Appliances:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of high-capacity **Washers and Dryers**. * **Electrical Systems:** Fault diagnosis in medium- and low-voltage systems, electrical panels, emergency power plants, and lighting systems. * **Network Infrastructure:** Basic/intermediate knowledge of structured cabling, node configuration, and support for **data network infrastructure**. * **Technical Management:** Use of software for spare parts inventory control and work order tracking.
