We are looking for Knitwear Overlock Operator **Education:** Completed secondary school (technical course in textile manufacturing desirable). **Experience:** 1 to 2 years operating overlock machines for knitwear (sweaters, cardigans, etc.). **Technical Skills:** Operation of specialized overlock machines for knits. Assembly of knit garments (sleeves, fronts, backs, collars). Finishing techniques for knit seams. Identification of fabric defects. **Skills:** Fine manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Attention to detail to detect seam and finish defects. Patience and precision in repetitive tasks. Ability to concentrate on delicate work. Organization and tidiness in work area. Teamwork and communication with line coworkers. **Functions and Responsibilities:** Operate overlock machine to join knit garment parts (sleeves, fronts, backs, collars, etc.). Inspect knitted pieces before overlocking to ensure they meet required measurements and finishes. Adjust thread tension and machine needles according to fabric type (cotton, wool, acrylic, blends). Assemble sweaters and knit garments according to patterns and technical specifications. Perform invisible or decorative seam finishes according to garment design. Inspect seam quality, avoiding defects such as puckering, misalignment, or skipped stitches. Report machine malfunctions or material anomalies to the supervisor. Meet assigned production quotas, optimizing time and materials. Maintain work area and equipment in orderly, clean, and safe conditions.
