Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to calculate and process payroll, manage attendance incidents, and handle IMSS registrations and cancellations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation for more than 300 employees 2. Proficiency in the Labor Law, IMSS, and Infonavit 3. Proficiency in Nomipaq, IDSE, and SUA systems **We require:** **Payroll Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Calculate and process payroll in the Nomipaq system on a weekly, biweekly, and monthly basis * Minimum experience calculating payroll for more than 300 employees * Monitor time clock attendance incidents * Pre\-payroll in Excel * Calculate severance payments, Christmas bonus provisions, and IMSS contributions * Timely IMSS registrations and cancellations * Generate payroll disbursement files, food allowance files, and gasoline allowance files * Proficiency in the Labor Law, IMSS, Infonavit, and State regulations * Administration of IDSE, SUA, and 3% IN * Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills * Related duties as per position profile, statistical reporting, etc. * Experience with Tempo Control system would be a plus. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * 100% payroll scheme * Biweekly payment * 25-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund: 5% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution (paid out in December) * Monthly food allowance at 8% * Transportation * Uniforms provided after one month of employment * Fully subsidized cafeteria (free) * Gasoline allowance (when applicable) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30pm\-5:30pm Employment type: Full\-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Food vouchers Application question(s): * Are you proficient in using the CONTPAQi Payroll system, as this position requires experience in effectively utilizing this software for daily tasks?
