




**Position Objective** Ensure the proper management and development of the brand by coordinating commercial, administrative, and operational strategies that drive sales, strengthen profitability, and optimize available resources, ensuring team alignment with business objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the brand's commercial and administrative activities. * Manage and monitor sales targets for teams and products. * Lead, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel, promoting teamwork and goal achievement. * Prepare administrative reports and analyze sales results, costs, and profitability. * Conduct operational costing and propose resource optimization actions. * Analyze CRM data for strategic decision-making and sales follow-up. * Prepare budgets, performance evaluations, and results reports. * Analyze sales, losses, and budget variances, proposing corrective actions. * Provide support to the sales department in projects, negotiations, and brand presentations. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field. * Desired specialization or diploma in sales management or data analysis. **Experience:** * Minimum of 3 years in commercial coordination or supervision roles. * Experience in personnel management, team or product sales, budgeting, and financial analysis. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, CRM, and data analysis tools. **Job Conditions** * Schedule: Full-time * Availability to travel * Statutory benefits * Company vehicle (must have a valid driver's license) * Work tools * Salary: 20k * Work location: FINSA
