**Main Responsibilities:**
* Promote and sell Movistar products and services within the Coppel Acajete store.
* Advise customers on available plans, promotions, and devices.
* Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
* Meet company-established sales targets.
* Maintain an excellent level of knowledge regarding Movistar's commercial offerings.
* Manage promotional materials and keep the display area organized and attractive.
* Record sales and complete corresponding procedures.
* Collaborate with the Coppel sales team to maximize business opportunities.
* Participate in training sessions to stay updated on market developments.
* Provide a positive and memorable shopping experience to every customer.
**Job Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales promoter, commercial advisor, or in similar roles, preferably in the telecommunications or retail sector.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Goal-oriented mindset and strong sales attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive, dynamic attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
* Availability to work during regular store business hours.

**Responsibilities:**
* Be responsible for achieving sales objectives in the territory according to agreed strategies and priorities.
* Advise key farmers: Provide integrated crop solutions, working directly with farmers or together with distributors and independent agronomists.
* Manage orders: Process and track customer commercial orders, ensuring efficient execution.
* Support training of Distributor staff, committed to acquiring competencies enabling autonomous delivery.
* Support the organization and execution of local business initiatives by managing demonstration trials, field days, and local promotional activities.
* Analyze the market: Collect and analyze critical information on distributors, retailers, farmers, prices, and agronomic trends using our knowledge management (KM) and CRM systems.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed pricing policies within your territory.
**Requirements** **Essential for this position:**
* Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or related fields.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical-commercial roles.
* Experience in the development of biostimulants/Biologicals in regional crops.
* Commercial and technical knowledge of regional crops, especially potatoes.
* Experience in managing and developing key accounts.
* Availability to travel.
* Valid driver's license.
* Must be based in the work area.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and adherence to processes.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
