Customer Service * Serve customers in person, by telephone, or digitally. * Resolve inquiries regarding services, pricing, and promotions. * Route special requests to the appropriate department. * Provide basic advisory support on the service portfolio. 2. Administrative Management * Update customer databases. * Manage and archive commercial documents. * Prepare sales reports. * Assist with invoicing as needed. Knowledge: * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Fundamental sales techniques. * Customer service skills. * Experience with sales systems or CRM (preferred).
