




**Position Objective** Lead, plan, and oversee the **Human Resources** functions of **El Tsunami de Miguel**, ensuring **legal\-labor compliance**, proper talent management, organizational development, and a positive work environment, all aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives. **Functions and ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Administration** * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS and other relevant authorities. * Administer employment contracts, renewals, payroll, and incidents. * Maintain updated organizational charts and personnel files. **Recruitment and Selection** * Define job profiles jointly with user departments. * Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews, and evaluations. * Ensure talent selection based on competencies and organizational culture. **Training and Development** * Identify training and development needs. * Implement onboarding, training, and continuous learning programs. * Evaluate performance and design career paths and internal growth plans. **Labor Relations and Compliance** * Enforce the internal regulations and labor policies. * Address labor conflicts, incidents, and disciplinary procedures. * Guarantee compliance with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and applicable regulations. **Organizational Climate** * Measure and promote a healthy work environment. * Implement initiatives for motivation, recognition, and talent retention. **Reporting and KPIs** * Generate periodic reports for General Management. * Analyze Human Resources indicators. * Propose improvements based on metrics and departmental results. **Position RequirementsEducation** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Human Resources roles. * Demonstrable experience in team leadership and labor policy management. **Technical Knowledge** * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and employer obligations. * Payroll administration, recruitment, selection, and training. * ERP or HR systems proficiency. * Performance indicators and Human Resources metrics. **Competencies** * Leadership and decision\-making. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Strategic planning. * High sense of confidentiality and integrity. * Results\-oriented mindset and continuous improvement.
