Support in delinquency prevention strategies and portfolio management **TELEPHONE COLLECTION ADVISOR** **Requirements:** \*Age: 20 to 35 years old \*Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree, incomplete or completed, in accounting or pedagogy. \*Experience: 1–2 years in a similar telephone collection role (Not Fintech). **Responsibilities:** \*Advise students and **monitor their payments punctually**. \*Continuously monitor the **overdue portfolio** to recover overdue tuition fees and track the collection process. \*Perform **administrative collection starting from an overdue tuition fee**. \*Review payments in the system and/or request payment proof from students experiencing payment issues to close the process. \*Schedule interviews with students having overdue tuition fees.
