Systems, Support, and Integrations Coordinator Monterrey, Nuevo León $30,000 to $35,000 monthly gross salary On-site About the Role We seek a technical, solution-oriented professional with sound judgment, capable of taking full ownership of systems, support, and infrastructure operations. This is not a help desk role. It is a position for someone who wants to step in, understand, organize, and resolve issues at their root. We do not seek fire extinguishers—we seek those who eliminate root causes. You will work with internal business systems (training included), as well as the full technology infrastructure: hardware, networks, servers, and process automation. Role Objective Ensure operational stability of systems and infrastructure by resolving root causes, standardizing configurations, and developing improvements that reduce operational dependency.
