Responsibilities: * Create and execute recruitment plans aligned with organizational needs. * Select and manage publishing platforms, including social media, job boards, and job postings. * Screen, evaluate, and pre-select candidates for final interviews. * Conduct induction training and register staff in attendance control systems. * Maintain an updated candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
