We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines **direct support to Management** with the **vibrant management of our coworking spaces**. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Management Support:** * Calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up on priority pending tasks. * Drafting reports and presentations, and communicating with strategic partners. * Supporting general administrative tasks and organizing files. **2. Coworking Management:** * Providing personalized assistance and front-desk services to coworking users (check-in, inquiries, and support) as well as third parties (DHL, Estafeta, document reception, etc.). * Supervising maintenance and cleaning of common areas and meeting rooms. * Managing supplies (cafeteria, stationery, and basic consumables). * Supporting event logistics or community integration activities within the coworking space. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in Administrative Assistant, Front Desk, Hospitality, or Customer Experience roles. * **Soft Skills:** Multitasking ability, excellent spelling, proactivity, and an exceptional service-oriented attitude. * **Technical Skills:** Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based management tools (Google Drive, Slack, etc.). * **Personality:** Sociable, solution-oriented, and highly detail-focused. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * A dynamic, modern, and professional work environment. * Opportunities for growth and development in administrative and operational areas.
