




**General Objective:** Support the management, review and/or generation of information and/or documents for insured patients or those from companies with agreements, with the aim of expediting administrative and insurance processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Participate in processes, policies, protocols, and procedures according to work plans. * Maintain custody of equipment assigned to the department. * Interdepartmental communication, aiming to satisfy patients, their families, and/or physicians. * Verify documentation to properly carry out job-related activities. * Keep one’s work area clean. * Mandatory wearing of uniform; if unavailable, business attire must be worn, maintaining personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with hospital standards. **Education:** ACADEMIC LEVEL: Completed bachelor’s degree with proof of graduation (e.g., letter of completion).
