Responsibilities and Activities * Contribute to the **strengthening of academic quality** in educational programs. * **Enhance students' academic and professional development**. * Guide, motivate, and **challenge students' critical thinking**. * Participate in the **implementation and monitoring of academic activities**. * Fulfill **academic deliverables requested by coordination on time and as specified**. * Maintain **adherence to institutional values and organizational objectives**. Requirements * **Completed bachelor's degree with official diploma and professional license** (aviation license not required). * **Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience**. * Active participation and experience in the **professional field related to aviation**. * Proficiency in **educational platforms and digital tools** (Teams, Blackboard or similar).
