Will be responsible for developing strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation. 2. Timely negotiation of objectives. 3. Responsible for scheduling and planning projects on target. 4. Responsible for defining project resources and scheduling implementation. 5. Responsible for effectively identifying and resolving project issues. 6. Supervises and leads the project engineering team and manages conflicts among different groups. 7. Develops RFP/RFQ (Request for Proposal/Quotation) for customers. 8. Demonstrates leadership qualities to define project risks. 9. Possesses organizational, presentation, and customer service skills. 10. Reports project progress and keeps stakeholders informed. 11. Facilitates and makes trade-off decisions by verifying quality, cost, resources, scope, and time. 12. Ensures project execution and timely delivery. ### **Requirements** 1. Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. 3. English proficiency: 90%. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Personnel management experience. 6. Excellent communication skills. 7. Ability to work under pressure. 8. Leadership ability to motivate the team. 9. Analytical problem-solving capability.
