Project and technical services tracking Job Objective Provide administrative and operational support to various departments of the company, ensuring document control, supplier and customer follow-up, procurement management, invoicing, and assistance in administrative activities related to water treatment projects and services. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Desirable knowledge of CFDI invoicing and administrative control. • Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. • Full-time availability. Main Responsibilities • Preparation and tracking of purchase orders. • Control and archiving of administrative documentation. • Customer and supplier liaison. • Preparation of reports and expense tracking. • Support in quotations and commercial follow-up. • Administrative tracking of technical services and projects. • Database management and information updates.
