Ensuring service and sales experience **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Sur Pacífico Entity: Tlaxcala Location Type: Apizaco Store **Position Objective** --------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs at AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Establish friendly and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service levels, providing appropriate alternatives for issue resolution. Implement quality standards established by Management, while also ensuring the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in company systems to enhance satisfaction.
