The program lasts 6 months, with the possibility of renewal for an additional 6 months, allowing you to spend one year with us while developing a high-impact project for the company under the supervision of a mentor responsible for your training. **Job Requirements** * Minimum academic level: University student without degree. * Field of study: Industrial Engineering. * Full-time availability (8:00\-17:30, Monday to Friday). * Minimum GPA: 80. * Intermediate\-Advanced Excel skills. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Effective communication skills, ability to work in teams, leadership.
