Mission: Receive, enter into system, invoice, pick lists, ship materials, store, pick, conduct inventory counts, maintain order and cleanliness—per procedures and instructions outlined in the Management System. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with carriers regarding unloading procedures. 2. Review and audit documentation (customs entry, invoice, shipping consolidation, and freight bill). 3. Unload vehicles (using hydraulic pallet jacks and forklifts), fully complying with all applicable safety regulations. 4. Audit quantities and label parts. 5. Place materials in their designated warehouse locations. 6. Enter invoices and customs entries for spare parts and equipment. 7. Receive and process material returns. 8. Record incoming and outgoing remanufactured items. 9. Support cyclic and annual inventory counts. Picking Area Responsibilities: 1. Execute picking lists. 2. Place materials in their designated warehouse locations. 3. Confirm and invoice direct deliveries and workshop deliveries. 4. Pick materials per picking lists. 5. Audit picked items. 6. Support cyclic and annual inventory counts. Packaging Area Responsibilities: 1. Audit items prepared by the picking area (direct sales, personal deliveries, courier shipments, workshop deliveries, etc.). 2. Take photographic evidence. 3. Confirm and invoice picking lists. 4. Package prepared picking lists (direct sales, personal deliveries, courier shipments, workshop deliveries, etc.). 5. Support cyclic and annual inventory counts. Shipping Area Responsibilities: 1. Execute picking lists. 2. Sort picking lists by delivery route. 3. Prepare daily invoice reports to be sent to customers. 4. Prepare weekly route capacity reports to be sent to customers. 5. Prepare shipping documents. 6. Sort packages prepared by the packaging area according to route. 7. Dispatch route shipments to customers and Epiroc branches. 8. Review backorders. 9. Track invoices not posted in the system (raise tickets and escalate to the appropriate department; once resolved, send required documentation). 10. Support cyclic and annual inventory counts. Inventory Area Responsibilities: 1. Review and follow up on non-conformances arising from inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, etc. 2. Conduct cyclic inventories at branches and consignment locations. 3. Coordinate and monitor the annual inventory process.
