In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support to internal teams and external customers. You will be an essential part of the company’s growth and success, supporting us with accurate problem resolution and outstanding customer service. **POSITION IN ZACATECAS, ZAC, MX** **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide prompt and accurate customer support via phone, email, or chat. * Resolve technical issues of varying complexity (software, hardware, network issues). * Conduct on-site visits as needed for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. * Maintain organized records of all customer interactions and technical issues. * Collaborate within a support team to ensure effective solutions and increased customer satisfaction. **Required Qualifications:** * Engineering degree or equivalent is required. * Experience in customer support and problem resolution. * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience with relational databases—SQL and PostgreSQL. * Proven experience using Windows and Linux operating systems (Ubuntu preferred). * Knowledge and prior experience in software development. * Experience in the mining industry (preferably underground). * Familiarity with the mining industry, its equipment, and software systems. * Ability to work flexible hours/days and rotate between day and night shifts according to company requirements. **Desired Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge or experience with Hexagon products. * Familiarity with programming languages Ruby, Objective-C, Bash, and TypeScript. * Experience working with global, multilingual teams. * Highly motivated and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively. * Proficiency in English
