Our core principle is the philosophy “People First,” delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join Our Team!* **Experience Required:** * Minimum 6–12 months of forklift operation experience (sit-down electric or gas forklifts) in manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution centers. **Technical Knowledge:** * Valid forklift operator certification or license (preferred). * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * Plant safety and hygiene standards, as well as internal road safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload products, raw materials, and packaging, adhering to safety procedures. * Place and secure loads on shelves, pallets, and transport units, ensuring product stability and protection. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, equipment, and loading/unloading zones. * Comply with and promote plant safety standards, signage, and lockout/tagout procedures where applicable. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize product flow and loading/unloading times. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment to safety. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and quality focus in product handling. * Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and supervision. * Proactivity in identifying and reporting risks or improvement opportunities. **Education:** Completed high school; candidates with completed junior high school and prior forklift operation experience may also be considered. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for growth and development within the company.* *Join Our Team!*
