Job Summary:
This role involves tracking and controlling routes, documentation, and communication in logistics operations, as well as supporting service scheduling.

Required working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month must be covered; on Saturdays, work hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Salary: $9,400 gross per month (before taxes), equivalent to $2,350 weekly
Key responsibilities:
* Monitor trip routes and travel status.
* Manage and archive documentation: waybills, logbooks, evidence files.
* Monitor departure, transit, and arrival times.
* Report incidents to the Operations Coordinator.
* Enter data into internal systems (ERP / Excel / GPS platform).
* Coordinate communication between operators and customers.
* Support service scheduling and vehicle assignment.
* Update daily operational reports.
LOCATION:
98099, Lomas Bizantinas, Zac.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made via payroll deposit to either BBVA or HSBC bank cards — only these two banks are supported, as the company works exclusively with them. Payment is issued weekly.

Experience:
* Warehouse supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
