Our culture emphasizes work-life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package. **Mission** Ensure the maintenance of the Epiroc Management System and compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as applicable sustainability objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain the Epiroc Management System in accordance with guidelines established in The Epiroc Way and CC requirements, ensuring documentation is stored in a central location with access for all. * Maintain CC certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards according to Group requirements. * Coordinate the execution of internal and external ISO audits and take actions based on audit results. * Manage and close non-conformities from audits and other sources within defined timeframes. * Record ISO audits in the Epiroc Audit Workflow application. * Manage the environmental program to achieve the CC's sustainability goals. * Ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation. * Prepare sustainability reports for the Group and monthly EMS reports. * Develop and implement environmental training programs. * Identify environmental aspects and impacts of activities and establish operational controls. * Comply with the environmental emergency response plan. **Requirements** * Requirements (General and specific knowledge): * Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in industrial, environmental, management or related fields * Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles * Intermediate English * Class B driver's license (desirable) * Proficiency in Office software suite * Soft skills: organized, detail-oriented * Work Location (Office/Mine): Calera * Work Type (On-site/Hybrid/Remote): On-site * Work Schedule/Shifts: 5 x 2 **Epiroc** is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers, and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society.
