




**Provide waitstaff and customers with excellent service in a timely and proper manner, maximizing the use of beverages and mixers according to established standards, always controlling costs, meeting and exceeding needs and expectations, and carrying out sales activities.** **FUNCTIONS:** * Standardized preparation of drinks. * Maintain cleanliness in the area at all times. * Proper handling and control of supplies. * Stock the bar. * Request supplies. * Apply FIFO (PEPS) method for all supplies. * Proper use of bar equipment. * Report any suggestions, complaints, or comments to the Operations Manager and Bartender. * Responsible for printing customer bills accurately and on time with consumed items. * Control of notes and paperwork. * Open shifts. * Cash withdrawals and deposits. * Tip payment reporting. * In charge of cash register closing. (see cash register manual) * Pay suppliers. * Clean the cash register area. **Knowledge:** * Customer service skills. * Outgoing personality. * Knowledge of the business unit's menu. * Computer skills. * Drink and cocktail preparation. * Bar equipment handling. * Food and beverage pairing (Maridaje).
