Supervise compliance with labor obligations We are looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator** to lead comprehensive personnel management, ensuring compliance with talent acquisition, hiring, payroll, administrative control, and labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Manage payroll incidents, benefits, vacations, leaves of absence, medical leaves, and terminations. * Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel files. * Supervise compliance with labor obligations under the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and other applicable regulations. * Prepare and manage employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other labor documentation. * Coordinate training programs, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. * Monitor workplace climate, resolve conflicts, and support employees. * Keep the organizational structure, job descriptions, and salary matrix updated. * Support departmental leaders on talent management and internal policy matters. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of payroll, Mexican labor legislation, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and HR processes. * Experience managing personnel files and labor documentation. * Strong organizational skills, leadership, effective communication, and confidentiality. **Work Modality:** On-site **Location:** Zacatecas, Zac. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM \| Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Position Type:** Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
