Activities:  Delivery and explanation of policies to IMSS and ISSSTE clients.  Advisory and customer service for IMSS and ISSSTE clients.  Visits and surveys to clients for survival verification.  Follow-up visits to IMSS and ISSSTE sub-delegations and delegations.  Presentations at branches.  Daily schedule planning.  Preparation of various reports (follow-ups).  Ensure timely delivery of the courier bag and verify that procedures reach operations without issues.  Handle claims and requests regarding Bancomer insurance products associated with pensions. Life and endowment insurance.  Receiving legal documents related to our customers' pensions (alimony, consular letters, etc.).
