You’ll have the space, trust, and freedom to create, along with the necessary training to make it happen. * WE GROW TOGETHER: You’ll participate in cutting-edge, multinational technology projects with international teams. **Where will you do it?** We are a large team working under a remote model—we are flexible and structured, providing the necessary equipment and internal communication tools to facilitate our operations and those of our clients. ✅**Requirements:** * **Advanced English** (B2\+ or C1\ level), with the ability to hold technical and business conversations. * **Professional experience** of **8 to 10 years**, including **at least 5 years leading technology projects**, preferably in consulting or IT services. * **Previous experience in a technical role**, ideally as a **BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst**. * **Up-to-date technical knowledge** in: + **Business Intelligence** (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), + **Data Analytics and Data Science**, + **Cloud services (Azure)**, + **Administrative management in Azure DevOps** (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.). * **Strong leadership skills** with the ability to lead and motivate **cross-functional teams** toward common goals. * **Proficiency in risk management** and resolving critical situations in projects. * **Practical experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM)**, with preferred certifications (desirable: **Scrum Master**). * **Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and executive profiles (including **C\-Level**). * **Proven ability** to **translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements**. * **Advanced analytical skills** and a proactive approach to **risk management and project control**. * **Additional certifications in project management** (desirable: **PMP**) will be considered an advantage.
