The ideal candidate will be able to manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Advanced English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with international teams and candidates. **Responsibilities:** * Manage complete recruitment processes for technology roles (developers, QA, DevOps, architects, etc.). * Collaborate with technical and business leaders to understand hiring requirements. * Post job openings on specialized platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, OCC, etc.). * Conduct pre-screening and candidate evaluations. * Perform active candidate sourcing and hunting. * Track recruitment stages, interviews, and job offers. * Maintain up\-to\-date candidate databases within the ATS. * Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Participate in job fairs and IT talent events as needed. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment. * Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory. * Experience in active candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. * Knowledge of technical roles and agile methodologies. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Desired: Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
