Currently, we operate over 3,000 stores, primarily in central regions of the country, and we have an ambitious nationwide expansion plan, opening 12 to 14 new stores each month. Due to our significant growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our outstanding team. **Job Requirements** **RETAIL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL** Education: Completed bachelor's degree with title and professional license Experience: Minimum of 2 years performing the following tasks: * Managing procedures before competent authorities. * Managing procedures before non-governmental agencies. * Fieldwork. * Work supported by academic training or practical experience. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inspections at locations intended for new store openings. * Correctly carry out all procedures related to store openings. * Perform or verify site feasibility, ensuring properties have commercial zoning designated specifically for mini-supermarkets and confirming total leaseable area with municipal and/or state urban development departments. * Process permits for construction licenses for new stores with urban development authorities within no more than one month. * Ensure timely annual or bi-monthly payment of water utility fees to Municipal Potable Water Systems to guarantee proper store operations, always seeking the lowest cost for the company. * Keep the shared digital folder updated and update the master file whenever a permit or license is obtained for any store; updates must not exceed five business days after document acquisition.
