We are seeking a: **Functional Testing – Data** **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure functional quality of data-oriented technology solutions, verifying that deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards through thorough analysis, test design, and execution across various software development life cycles. * Understand and adapt to the project’s development life cycle methodology (Waterfall, Agile, RUP). * Analyze and comprehend input documentation (use cases, requirements, and functional specifications). * Identify, document, and report functional gaps in input documentation. * Build test and traceability matrices using advanced scenario identification techniques. * Design and document test cases for assigned functionalities and projects. * Execute test cases during project-defined cycles. * Identify, document, and track defects to closure per the defined process. * Collaborate with development, data, and business teams to ensure proper functional validation. **Requirements:** * **Work Model:** Hybrid, 2/3 days in office * **Location:** Mexico City * **Required Experience:** +6 years in functional testing * +6 years of experience in functional testing. * Knowledge of data-oriented testing tools and environments. * Experience working with formal QA processes and documentation. * **Technical Skills:** IPC – Intermediate. Unix – Basic. SQL – Intermediate. Azure Data Factory – Basic. Excel. Jira. * **Soft Skills:** Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Teamwork and active collaboration. Adaptability to change.
