




1. Standardization of construction coordination formats. 2. Preparation of architectural drawings for pharmacies and clinics based on the regulations set forth by Farmacias de Similares Corporate. 3. Development of new store opening projects jointly with the involved management teams for site surveys and preparation of architectural drawings. 4. Proactively coordinate material, tool, and resource quantification to ensure timely and proper initiation of projects. 5. Coordinate project management activities, material resources, and equipment for the opening of new UFS (Unidades de Farmacia Similares). 6. Develop construction reporting formats, logs, and progress reports for ongoing projects. 7. Develop formats and guidelines for controlling material receipt and delivery, task assignment to work crews, and quality control of completed work. 8. Provide each work crew with assignments, logs, tools, and materials in a timely manner to support efficient execution of duties. 9. Submit weekly construction logs, progress reports, and records of encountered setbacks to enable schedule adjustments. 10. Present to the immediate supervisor a scheduled start and completion date for construction work for planning purposes. 11. Verify that all UFS fully comply with the corporate image standards established by Farmacias de Similares. 12. Conduct weekly verification of progress on new store openings, maintenance, conservation, and remodeling projects. 13. Verify the budget allocated for project execution. 14. Establish a control mechanism to ensure project work crews use assigned human, material, and financial resources efficiently.
