Your mission will be: * Your main mission will be to enter all samples with assigned analysis codes, as well as manage their receipt and dispatch to ensure timely delivery of results to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Receive and review sample integrity according to established procedures, classifying them by risk level. * Properly store samples until their entry and delivery to the technical area. * Register sample information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) according to received documentation. * Perform sample receipt ("batching") for those involving microbiology analyses and deliver work orders with labels to the laboratory. * Support the technical area with corrections, reprinting work orders, changes or re\-entry of samples in the LIMS system. * Detect and report discrepancies in information to ensure correct and timely sample entry. * Prepare samples to be sent to other facilities/testing laboratories, according to the subcontracting flow, and register and track shipped samples. * Keep equipment records and temperature logs updated in software. * Timely follow\-up on Quality Tools (Four Zeros), apply the 5's, and execute continuous improvement processes. * Support additional operational tasks as needed and in the preparation of special reports for specific customers. **YOUR SKILLS** * Solid experience in data entry and information systems handling. * Technician or professional with desirable theoretical experience in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc., although not essential for this role. * Basic computer skills and data entry abilities to efficiently use the keyboard when entering sample information into LIMS. * Extensive knowledge of personal computer software and strong data entry skills for inputting data into LIMS and generating special reports. * Ability to generate reports and maintain traceability of entries and documentation. * Organizational skills to track/trace entries made and associated documentation. * Time management skills (helpful to ensure samples are entered quickly for analysis). * Written and oral communication skills (essential for obtaining or clarifying instructions for required analyses). * General office skills (useful for performing other department\-related tasks). * Basic knowledge of microbiology and chemistry is helpful for assigning correct test codes, but not mandatory. **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** * Because you would contribute to an **inspiring Public Health purpose**, supported by visionary and long\-term shareholders. * Because you would have an **impact on our strategic pillars** built upon 50 years of experience and expertise. * Because you would become part of **a community of enthusiastic and skilled individuals** who love co\-building together and serving a greater purpose. * Because you would be **welcomed just as you are**, in a diverse and open\-minded environment rich in our unique qualities and differences. * Because you would grow within an **international group of over 8,200 fantastic employees**, with many opportunities to learn and share. **Ready for the journey?** **To apply, click on the 'Apply Now' button**
