You’ll have the space, trust, and freedom to innovate—and the training required to make it happen. * WE GROW TOGETHER: You’ll participate in cutting-edge, multinational technology projects alongside international teams. **Where will you work?** We are a large, fully remote team—flexible yet structured—providing the necessary equipment and internal communication tools to support both our operations and those of our clients. ✅ **Requirements:** * **Advanced English** (B2+ or C1 level), with ability to conduct technical and business conversations. * **8–10 years of professional experience**, including **at least 5 years leading technology projects**, preferably in IT consulting or services. * Prior experience in a **technical role**, ideally as a **BI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Business Analyst**. * Up-to-date **technical knowledge** in: + **Business Intelligence** (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau), + **Data Analytics and Data Science**, + **Cloud services (Azure)**, + **Administrative management in Azure DevOps** (backlog, sprints, user stories, etc.). * **Strong leadership skills**, capable of guiding and motivating **cross-functional teams** toward shared goals. * Proficiency in **risk management** and resolution of critical project situations. * Practical experience with **agile methodologies (SCRUM)**; certifications preferred (e.g., **Scrum Master**). * **Excellent communication skills**, enabling effective interaction with both technical and executive profiles (including **C-Level**). * Proven ability to **translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements**. * Advanced **analytical skills**, with a proactive approach to **risk management and project control**. * Additional **project management certifications** (e.g., **PMP**) are considered advantageous.
