Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events. **ROLE OVERVIEW** We are looking for a **Frontend\-focused Webmaster / Web Developer** to own the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of our marketing websites, standalone pages, and email systems across multiple brands and languages. The primary focus of this role is **frontend implementation quality**, responsiveness, visual consistency, and user experience across web pages and emails. This role also works with PHP\-based CMS platforms, MJML email systems, and controlled deployments in support of frontend and content delivery workflows. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with **legacy code**, has a solid understanding of **PHP fundamentals for templating and content rendering**, and can operate confidently in **Unix\-based environments** when required. Experience with **Kirby CMS or other flat\-file PHP CMS** is a plus. A **valid passport and U.S. visa**, or willingness to apply if necessary, is required for occasional travel to the United States. Must be **fluent in English**, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 / C2 / Advanced / Proficient). You will receive high\-level and sometimes fragmented instructions and are expected to translate them into **clear, structured, and executable tasks**, manage deployments responsibly, and maintain a high standard of quality across desktop and mobile experiences. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWeb \& Page Development** * Implement new pages and update existing pages across multiple websites * Maintain and evolve complementary websites, campaign microsites, and standalone pages * Ensure pixel\-accurate implementation of designs across browsers and devices * Review and implement mobile\-first adaptations and responsive behavior across all pages * Perform visual QA to ensure consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile * Add interactive elements and animations where appropriate (Alpine.js / Vanilla JS–based) * Manage and update site navigation menus based on evolving functionality * Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate concepts into high\-quality UI implementations **Email Development** * Design and adapt new email layouts * Implement responsive, cross\-client compatible emails using **MJML** * Maintain and update the email gallery, main templates (dark and light mode), and shared components * Ensure consistent rendering across major email clients and devices **Assets \& Content Management** * Upload, organize, and maintain control of assets (images, videos, vectors) * Apply naming conventions, optimization standards, and version control for assets * Optimize media for performance and visual quality * Implement language\-specific text and content variations when required **CMS \& Platform Management** * Review, maintain, and manage **WordPress plugins** (updates, compatibility, stability) * Work with PHP\-based CMS structures primarily from a **templating and frontend integration perspective** * Maintain and understand internal templates and automation scripts * Support future CMS evolution, including potential migration to Kirby or similar platforms **Deployments \& Version Control** * Manage deployments across **Sandbox and Live environments** * Maintain a clear history of versions and changes * Follow existing deployment scripts, conventions, and best practices * Submit deployments for review and implement feedback and corrections * Apply lightweight patch workflows for fast content\-level changes when applicable **Supporting Technical Operations (Light DevOps / Scripting)** * Use SSH when required to inspect environments, debug issues, or assist with deployments * Understand Unix file hierarchies and basic system investigation (logs, services, Apache) * Work with Git\-based workflows * Follow AWS S3 naming conventions and asset management best practices * Assist with integrating standalone static pages or external repositories into PHP\-based systems **TECHNICAL SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE** **Required** * Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 / C2 / Advanced / Proficient) * Strong experience with **HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript** (Vanilla / Alpine.js) * Strong understanding of **responsive design** and mobile\-first development * Experience implementing designs with attention to visual detail and consistency * Experience building **HTML / MJML emails** * Experience working with **WordPress** (themes, plugins, content implementation) * Solid experience with **PHP** focused on templating, CMS customization, and content rendering * Familiarity with **Git** and version\-controlled deployments * Comfort working in **Unix / Linux environments** (SSH, basic shell commands) **Highly Valuable** * Passport and U.S. visa up to date, or willingness to apply if necessary (travel to the United States) * PHP fundamentals, including: * Classes, namespaces, traits, and inheritance * Requires/includes * Output buffering (ob\_start) * File and IO operations * Experience with scripting (bash or similar) * Familiarity with deployment automation * Experience managing **multi\-language websites** * Experience working with **legacy codebases** * Experience with **Kirby CMS or other flat\-file PHP CMS** * Familiarity with **AWS basics**, especially S3 * Experience optimizing images and media pipelines * Prior experience in multi\-brand or multi\-country environments **SOFT SKILLS \& WORK STYLE** * Ability to synthesize scattered instructions into clear, actionable tasks * High attention to detail and consistency * Strong sense of ownership over frontend quality and user experience * Comfortable working in structured but evolving systems * Proactive communication during reviews, deployments, and corrections **WORKING HOURS** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **WE OFFER** Compensation \& Bonuses * $1700 \- $1900 USD monthly compensation (Contractor). * Quarterly Profit\-Sharing Bonus eligibility. * Performance\-based rewards recognizing employee contributions. * Holiday Gifts / Bonuses. * Annual Birthday Bonus added to paycheck. * Medical Stipend.
