CREDIT ADVISOR Requirements: * Previous experience in group or individual financial institutions (as advisor or coordinator) or as promoter in savings and loan cooperatives * Completed secondary education Responsibilities: Prospecting, CREDIT SALES, disbursement, processing and renewal of group loans, COLLECTION MANAGEMENT, home visits, group meetings, validation and disbursement of loans, credit analysis, file preparation, financial advisory to clients. Work is 80% field-based and 20% office-based. (No personnel reporting to this position).
