At **LASEC Tech Nology Systems** we are looking for a ***Frontend Developer*** to work on innovative projects in Zacatecas. **Role: Hybrid after three months (3\-2\)** **Location: C. Lasec 201, Parque Quantum, Ciudad gobierno, Zacatecas.** **Requirements:** * Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development (React/jQuery). Experience in medium to large-scale projects. ***Technical skills:*** * **Programming and markup languages:** JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, C\# (Razor). * **Frontend frameworks and libraries:** React (Redux, Zustand or other state managers), TailwindCSS or CSS Modules, Service Workers. * **Architecture and design patterns:** Factory, Builder, Clean Architecture. * **Backend and communication:** REST API consumption, WebSockets (SignalR). * **DevOps and deployment:** Docker. * **Optimization and testing:** Web Performance Optimization, Advanced testing. * **Design and modeling:** Knowledge of modeling software (Blender, Maya), UX/UI Design. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, Confluence, Slack, Teams). **TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and document technical and functional requirements for web applications. * Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications. * Implement software architectures (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal, Screaming Architecture) to ensure scalability and maintainability. * Write unit tests. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (scrum, dailies, retros) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Supervise and mentor junior developers, ensuring good development practices. * Manage complete web projects, covering all phases of the SDLC (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance). **We offer:** * Stable project with opportunities for professional growth. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Continuous training. * **Job stability / not project-based.** * Statutory and additional benefits.
