Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.**Job Responsibilities:** **Position Objective:** Develop problem-solving projects using structured methodologies (8D, PDCA, Shainin Red X, Six Sigma, and quality tools) to support the organization in achieving its performance, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Coordinate and deliver training to strengthen plant personnel’s problem-solving skills, ensuring correct application of standards, tools, and best practices. Ensure maintenance, standardization, and continuous improvement of the Corrective Action process (including follow-up, closure discipline, and effectiveness verification), guaranteeing alignment with applicable corrective action management systems. Promote a problem-solving culture and manage projects impacting company performance indicators. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of assembly and machining processes. * Theoretical and practical knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 8D, PDCA, Six Sigma (DMAIC), and Shainin Red X. * Data analysis and statistical support using Minitab. * Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
