You will collaborate with business and data teams to transform complex information into clear, reliable, and actionable visualizations that support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Design and develop dynamic, clear, and business-oriented Power BI dashboards. * Create and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query. * Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) and best practices for governance. * Manage Power BI workspaces, including permissions, deployment, and collaboration. * Optimize model and report performance using tools such as VertiPaq Analyzer. * Collaborate with data teams to ensure reliable integrations, sources, and structures. * Create necessary dataflows and transformations to support reporting. * Maintain and improve existing Power BI solutions by identifying areas for continuous optimization. **What do you need to succeed?** ------------------------------------ * Proficiency in Power BI (modeling, DAX, Power Query). * Solid understanding of best practices in tabular modeling. * Experience working with Dataflows and various data sources. * Knowledge of RLS and security best practices in Power BI. * Ability to optimize models using tools like VertiPaq Analyzer. * **Conversational English.** * Knowledge of governance within Power BI. * Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. * **Nice to Have:** + Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Pipelines or Data Engineering). + Complementary experience with Azure Synapse or Data Factory. + Basic knowledge of CI/CD for reports (optional).
